========================================
Have not been posting here for all my rides. Though eventful but I just lack of the inspirations to jot it down. Anyway, it's no big deal cos' it's those normal rides in Singapore and hence too routine to even say it. However said, we have been riding in the dark at Tampines bike trail for the past few weeks and I must say, my skills did improve a little. More confidence gained. Night ride and a daytime ride is a total feel. Now everyone is so hyped about trail night ride, everyone is daring each other to go for more illegal nite cycling.
Some random thots:-
THE THINGS THAT I KILLED IN MY 7 YRS OF RIDING!
1. 2 pairs of SIDI shoes (my 3rd dying soon)
2. 1 pair of gloves (rest are barely surviving)
3. 2 sets of suspension forks
4. 1 set of rims (till the point of concave)
5. 1 bike frame (flexed real bad)
6. 1 pair of XTR shifter (fuck!)
7. 2 speedo meters (an unknown idiot dropped it into the sea)
8. 1 fender (spilt into half)
9. Countless of blinkers

Here lies R7, freaking dying on me for just 3yrs of service!
Having said all these, I do generally take good care of my stuff. Of cos' I'm still proud to be using all my 2003 XTR parts (cept the shifters) eventho' everything looks totally bonked. :) Man, 7 yrs of riding and still going. You know I don't hold onto a sport for this long. Maybe I'll celebrate during my 10th anniversary of biking if I still maintained. :p
fate must have been crumbled before and after here
