I love the new airshow location. It is probably the first time that I stood out under the sun to watch the whole aerobatic performance. Cos' the viewing platform is just beside the sea and with the strong sea breeze blowing, it's not as hot compared to the last time when the Asian Aerospace that was held near the cargo complex. Plenty of room to move around and cooling from the wind. :)
And damn the strong wind which blew up my skirt when I entered the place. Speaking abt grand entrance! =.=" Shucks, free show for some who manage to catch a glimpse of what's down under! -.-"
Was invited to the onsite chalet by one of the vendors, had a good lunch there. Saw some of my ex-mates and boss there. Still as goofy as ever. Also saw my ex-GM there. Haiz, a little awkward. Met up with those overseas vendor and small talks as usual. The main purpose to the airshow is always about getting gifts and souvenirs. :) This year I got lotsa badges and pins. I have stopped collecting all these over the years, gave them to my boss instead.
Will be going there again this Sat when the show is open to public. I guess it would be damn packed and KS again. Hmmm, the conflict. Sometimes formal event are good because most pple behaves, but it gets awfully awkward. But then again when it gets informal, expects lotsa chaos and frustrations. Especially with S'poreans around.
