Retail sometimes is not really a therapy. The aftermath of luxury is a burnt pocket. And seriously, I’m not a shopping person, but if I really do shop, the purchases ain’t cheap. *wheeze*
I finally found my saddle. Wah lah, the price increased to $150 bucks! Compare to last time I bought the older model in 2003, it is only a measly 73bucks. Now it is a 50% increase! Damn the euro dollar.

Bike parts are getting more and more expensive these days.
Another major purchase, the Canon Powershot SX100IS. After comparing between Olympus SP560UZ, I decided to switch brand to Canon.

I am finally laying my trusty sidekick C5050 to rest. After 5 years into the wilderness, rain or shine, C5050 started to age badly. The start-up is getting slower (resulting in loss shots), fungus is starting to grow on the lens (yikes!) and the super small LCD screen can’t provide much details compared to all the latest models. I decided to retire it for traveling rather than outdoor activities. I wonder how much will it costs to have the lens clean. :| Went all the way to AMK to get it at a cheaper deal. There goes 500+ bucks.
Of late, we have been going to Vivo City. And it is always the 4 shops that we entered (nothing else). First stop, we definitely have to stop by SuperDog for its tasty beef burger. It definitely beats Burger King to my fav. burger chains in Singapore. Then it will be to Page One to find books on Taiwan (another 50bucks flew). Up one level, to Daiso. I keep seeing pet bloggers buying lotsa items for their pets from Daiso, funny thing is when I went in, I mostly came out empty-handed. Hmmm, this time round I came out with a bundle of tissue papers, cos’ the packings are prints of hamster photos. :p If I’m going there again, I think I will buy their Japanese cutlery set. The pink flowery ocha cups, plates and sauce plates are so sweet. Yah, set lah. The final stop has to be Pet Safari. I saw the unique motted hamsty there. Argh, so cute, I want them.
Lastly, a visit to the dentist caused me toothache! The cleaning of teeth never felt so painful before. I came out with a bloody mouth that is too scary to smile. I bet it was the dentist. Never trust female dentist! 90bucks flew and I have to go there again this coming Sat. *sobz*
Off to Pet Safari later to buy hamster beddings. There goes another 100bucks. Geez, this will be a total of 1000 spent. *asthma attack*
fate must have been crumbled before and after here
