My bike's back

Sulaiman did a very good job to fix up my bike. The BB, hubs and the gears changing are so smooth. He even helps to clean my bike and washes my tyres back to jet black. God jeez, I have not seen my bike so darn clean eversince Day 1! Now I think the value of my old bike increased to 2700 bucks. :) But the total overhaul set me back at a huge cost. Thanks to the new XTR shifters.

The new XTR shifters are quite sensitive compared to my 2003 model. Now, instead of only 1 time, it can shift the gears down twice. Not used to it and I tend to overshift. Also finally installed the XTR SPD pedals. I think the pedals have been lying in the cupboard for almost a year! No more mud jam-up for my clipless. Now the only thing is to get used to the feeling of this bike. The front brake is a little scary.

On a second note, poor Stanley lost his bike at Sulaiman's carpark. Some bastards cut his lock and stole his bike. His beloved golden Kona is gone. Just hope we have the luck to find it back!
